1. An adiabatic body comprising:
a first plate;
a second plate spaced apart from the first plate in a first direction to form a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate; and
an insulated foam body configured to insulate a periphery of the first and second plates,
wherein a damping force of the first plate facing the insulated foam body at a first side of the first and second plates is different from a damping force of the first plate facing the insulated foam body at a second side of the first and second plates.
