1. An electric heater, comprising:
a substrate;
a first plane heating element disposed on one surface of the substrate and including a first pattern portion having an arc, the first pattern portion defining an area overlapping the first pattern portion in a vertical direction as a first heating zone; and
a second plane heating element disposed on the one surface of the substrate and located radially outside of the first plane heating element,
wherein the second plane heating element includes a second pattern portion having an arc and defining an area overlapping the second pattern portion in a vertical direction as a second heating zone;
wherein the arc of the first pattern portion and the arc of the second pattern portion are spaced apart and positioned on a radially different position from each other so that the first heating zone and the second heating zone disposed without overlapping in the vertical direction, and
wherein the arc of the first pattern portion and the arc of the second pattern portion are arranged symmetrical about a reference line passing a center of the first heating zone.
