1. An easily polymerizable substance handling device comprising:
a pipeline through which an easily polymerizable substance containing material can flow;
a tubular member provided as a protrusion from the pipeline and communicating with inside of the pipeline through an opening part formed at the pipeline; and
a fixed cover part dividing inside of the pipeline from the tubular member,
wherein the cover part has a curved surface on a side closer to inside of the pipeline and is disposed to block at least part of the opening part and have a gap with respect to a peripheral part of the opening part that extends from the opening part along the tubular member.
