1. A polymer composition comprising one or more isomerized residues of maleic anhydride monomer, one or more residues of succinic anhydride monomer and one or more residues of propylene oxide monomer and having a mass distribution (custom character) of from about 1 to about 1.5, wherein said polymer composition comprises from about 1 to about 30 mole percent succinic anhydride residues.
