1. A method of treating a cancer comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment one or more compound of Formula II(a) or Formula II(b), a stereoisomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or solvate thereof:

X is —NH2;
R1 is NR5COR5;
R2 and R3 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H and NR5COR5;
R4 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkenyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkyl, haloC1-6 alkoxy, —COOH, —CONH2, —COC1-6 alkyl, O—C1-6 alkyl, NH—C1-6 alkyl, —S C1-6 alkyl groups, —CN, —NH2, and —NO2; and
R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, aryl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, monocyclic or bicyclic heterocyclyl, and monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl, wherein the aryl, heteroaryl or heterocyclyl groups may be optionally substituted by one or more R4 groups,
wherein the cancer is selected from the group consisting of HER2 positive breast cancer, ER positive breast cancer, prostate cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.
