A display panel, comprising a substrate and at least one organic electroluminescent device disposed on a surface of the substrate, wherein the organic electroluminescent device has an anode, and the anode comprises two first layers and a metallic silver layer interposed between the two first layers, and each of the two first layers is made of partially reduced graphene oxides.
