1. A deck extender for a personal watercraft with an upper deck extended to a rear side of a passenger seat, comprising:
a deck member comprising:
an upper support surface;
a lower surface; and
one or more mounting structures for affixing the deck member to the upper deck of the personal watercraft;
wherein the one or more mounting structures support the deck member in a cantilevered configuration relative to the personal watercraft and the one or more mounting structures mount a fixed end of the deck member at lower positions than the upper support surface of the deck member.
