1. A container device, the container device comprising:
a first housing configured to house a liquid, including a liquid medicine, the first housing comprising:
a body, wherein the body includes:
an interior reservoir for the liquid; and
a central through-hole, wherein an axis of symmetry of the body spans through a center of the central through-hole; and
an upper end including a mouth portion providing access to the interior reservoir; and
a second housing, wherein an entirety of the second housing is held within the central through-hole, wherein the second housing comprises;
at least a receptacle, wherein the at least a receptacle comprises an opening on a first side;
a second side configured to cover the opening of the at least a receptacle;
two press-tabs configured to allow an exertion of pressure on an upper surface of the second housing to attach the second housing to first housing, wherein the two press-tabs are in central symmetry of a center point of the second housing;
wherein the first housing further comprises a grip located on an outer curve of the body configured to:
increase an apparent coefficient of static friction; and
inform a user of an optimal locus at which to hold the body while attaching the second housing.
