1. A device, comprising:
circuitry configured to:
establish a first communication link with a first device being worn on a body of a user;
receive a first set of measurement data from a first sensor of the first device indicative of physiological measurements of the user and the first set of measurement data corresponds to a first location on the body of the user, wherein the first sensor is located on the first device proximate a first location of the user and the first set of measurement data corresponds to the first location of the user;
associate the first set of measurement data with a user's identification;
determine when the first device has been removed based on the first measurement data;
when the first device has been removed, receive sync data from the first device, wherein the sync data includes the user identification and the first measurement data;
in response to the first device being replaced with the second device at the first location of the user that is a same type as the first device:
establish a second communication link with the second device;
authenticate the user's identification in order to receive measurement data from the first device on the second device;
receive a second set of measurement data of the first type from a second sensor of the second device indicative of the physiological measurements of the user, wherein the second sensor is located on the second device; and
synchronize, using the sync data, the second set of measurement data with the first set of measurement data, by making the second set of measurement data a continuation of the first set of measurement data.
