1. A scrubbing device with an adjustable head, comprising:
a handle portion;
a scrubbing head attached to the handle portion, wherein the scrubbing head is freely rotatable and angularly adjustable with respect to the longitudinal axis of the handle portion and is releasably lockable at a desired angle;
a button on the handle, the button being configured to release the scrubbing head for rotation and adjustment of the head with respect to the longitudinal axis of the handle portion;
a scrubbing pad releasably attached to the scrubbing head;
an adjustment portion positioned between the handle portion and the scrubbing head, wherein the adjustment portion comprises a tubular, flexible housing; and
means for selectively reciprocating the scrubbing pad.
