A Gossypium barbadense L. cotton plant seed having accession number of China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) No. P202406, wherein the cotton plant seed is collected from a G. barbadense L. cotton plant having an upper-half fiber length greater than 37.00 mm, a break strength of greater than 50.00 cN/tex, and a micronaire value of between 3.00 and 3.60.
