1. An electric vehicle charger for an electric vehicle, wherein the electric vehicle charger comprises:
an energy source;
a transmitter coil electrically connected to the energy source, wherein the transmitter coil is configured to inductively couple a receiver coil, and wherein a spacing between the transmitter coil and the receiver coil is calculated as a function of a diameter of the transmitter coil;
at least a proximity sensor configured to generate alignment data relating to an electric vehicle; and
a computing device that is communicatively connected to the at least a proximity sensor, wherein the computing device is further configured to:
identify the electric vehicle, wherein identifying the electric vehicle comprises:
receiving, from the electric vehicle, at least an identification datum;
authenticating, using certificate-based authentication, the at least an identification datum; and
identifying the electric vehicle using the authenticated at least an identification datum;
determine an alignment element as a function of the alignment data, wherein the alignment element comprises at least a threshold distance;
align the transmitter coil with the receiver coil as a function of the alignment element; and
authorize the electric vehicle to begin charging as a function of the authentication wherein authorizing the electric vehicle comprises determining a charging profile for the electric vehicle.
