1. A method for providing a graphical user interface to manage a sentiment analysis of content, comprising:
assigning a content ID to each comment in a set of comments indicating that each comment is associated with a content item;
receiving a request for a sentiment analysis of the content item, wherein the request includes the content ID;
retrieving the set of comments based on the content ID;
processing the set of comments to generate an updated set of comments, wherein the processing comprises:
determining one or more words in the set of comments match one or more keywords from a dictionary;
replacing the one or more words with a generic placeholder; and
replacing personal identifying information in each respective comment of the set of comments with anonymized data;
providing the updated set of comments to a natural language processing service;
receiving, from the natural language processing service, a set of sentiment indications, wherein each respective sentiment indication of the set of sentiment indications is associated with a respective comment of the updated set of comments;
generating the sentiment analysis for the content item based on the set of sentiment indications;
displaying the sentiment analysis in a window in the graphical user interface;
receiving a request to display contact information for a user associated with a first comment in the set of comments, the first comment having a negative sentiment category; and
displaying a message that the contact information for the user associated with the first comment is unavailable.
