1. A transgenic plant or tissues thereof comprising a synthetic polynucleotide encoding an anti-IL-10 single domain antibody, wherein the anti-IL-10 single domain antibody comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 146, and binds a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 80 with an EC50 of 60 nM or less, as measured by ELISA.
