1. A composition, comprising:
a plurality of liposomes, including
a plurality of exosomes where the plurality of exosomes are positioned inside the plurality of liposomes; and
stabilizing agents inside the plurality of liposomes including dimethyl sulfoxide and epsilon poly L-lysine where the epsilon poly L-lysine maintainsa the structure and integrity of the plurality of exosomes and prevent clumping of the exosomes.
