1. An organic electroluminescence device, comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode opposite to the first electrode; and
a plurality of organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode,
wherein the first electrode and the second electrode each independently comprise at least one selected from Ag, Mg, Cu, Al, Pt, Pd, Au, Ni, Nd, Ir, Cr, Li, Ca, LiF/Ca, LiF/Al, Mo, Ti, In, Sn, and Zn, or a compound of two or more selected from them, a mixture of two or more selected from them, or oxides thereof,
wherein at least one organic layer from among the plurality of organic layers comprises the fused polycyclic compound
![]() wherein in Formula 1,
one selected from X and Y is BRa or P(═O)Rb, and an other one selected from X and Y is SiRcRd,
Ra to Rd are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, and any of Ra to Rd are optionally combined with an adjacent group to form a ring, and
R11 to R21 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a boron group, a phosphine oxide group, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, and any of R11 to R21 are optionally combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
with the proviso that when the fused polycyclic compound is represented by Formula 1-3 and X13 of Formula 1-3 is B, then R17 of Formula 1-3 is a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, or one of Rm in a number of m is a carbazole group, or two adjacent Rms are combined to form a spiro structure in Formula 1-3:
![]() wherein in Formula 1-3, R11 to R13, R15 to R21, Rc, and Rd are the same as respectively defined in association with Formula 1,
Rm is a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, or optionally combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
m is an integer of 0 to 4, and
Ar is a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 60 carbon atoms to form a ring.
