1. A device, comprising:
one or more processors configured to:
identify a first value that was wirelessly received by a User Equipment (“UE”) at a first time;
identify a first record, recorded to a blockchain, that includes the first value;
identify, based on the first record, a particular base station of a wireless network that is associated with the first value;
identify, based on the first record, a second time at which the first value was outputted by the particular base station, wherein the base station further outputs a second value at a third time;
record, to the blockchain, a second record that includes information associating the second value with the third time;
determine a location associated with the particular base station; and
determine a location of the UE based on the location of the particular base station, the first time at which the first value was received by the UE, and the second time at which the first value was outputted by the particular base station.
