1. At least one computer-readable medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed, cause an aggregation device to facilitate operations comprising:
determining a plurality of status messages, wherein a status message comprises an indication of a status of a compute entity of a plurality of compute entities;
storing, for the status message, an indication of a status of the corresponding compute entity of the plurality of compute entities;
aggregating the plurality of status messages into a single aggregated status message that indicates an aggregate status of the plurality of compute entities; and
transmitting the single aggregated status message to a remote computing device.
