1. A non-aqueous electrolyte battery, comprising:
a positive electrode;
a negative electrode;
a separator; and
a non-aqueous electrolyte,
wherein the negative electrode comprises a lithium layer, a lithium-aluminum alloy layer formed on a surface of the lithium layer, and a carbon layer on the lithium-aluminum alloy layer.
