1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a light emitting layer on the substrate;
a common electrode on the light emitting layer;
a capping layer disposed directly on the common electrode, the capping layer comprising an organic material;
a protective layer disposed directly on the capping layer, the protective layer including LiF, wherein a portion of the protective layer overlapping the light emitting layer has a lower height from the substrate than heights of uppermost surfaces of the common electrode and the capping layer from the substrate; and
a sealing portion disposed directly on the protective layer,
wherein the sealing portion comprises a first inorganic layer,
the first inorganic layer comprises at least one layer including silicon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, and
the at least one layer of the first inorganic layer includes a content of silicon of about 30-40 (at %), a content of oxygen of about 15-35 at %, a content of nitrogen of about 10-20 at %, a content of hydrogen of about 20-30 at %,
wherein the light emitting layer is between the substrate and the first inorganic layer, and
the capping layer is between the sealing portion and the light emitting layer.
