1. A method, comprising:
detecting that a user device of a user is within a first predefined range of a first wireless apparatus;
receiving one or more electronic messages from at least the first wireless apparatus or a second wireless apparatus that is located outside of the first predefined range of the first wireless apparatus, the second wireless apparatus being communicatively coupled to the first wireless apparatus, the one or more electronic messages comprising a plurality of offers;
presenting at least a subset of the one or more electronic messages to the user via the user device;
determining a plurality of user interactions with at least the subset of the one or more electronic messages, wherein the plurality of user interactions comprise a user acceptance, a user decline, or a lack of a user response to a first offer of the plurality of offers; and
recording the user acceptance, the user decline, or the lack of user response to the first offer to a blockchain.
