1. A method of processing sensor information, comprising:
storing representations of candidate pairs of objects and locations associated with the objects as a combination of one or more cells selected in first sets of cells of a location processor; and
storing representation of features and locations of the features as a combination of one or more of cells selected in second sets of cells of an input processor, each of the sets of cells having cells with different mapping to features of the objects and locations of the features; and
establishing selective connections between the first sets of cells and the second sets of cells.
