1. An electronic device, comprising:
a substrate having first and second opposing surfaces;
an array of light-emitting diode pixels mounted to the first surface of the substrate and configured to display images, wherein the light-emitting diode pixels include first and second light-emitting diode pixels;
a sensor located behind the array of light-emitting diode pixels and configured to detect light that passes through the substrate, wherein at least one of the light-emitting diode pixels overlaps the sensor; and
a display driver integrated circuit die mounted to the second surface of the substrate, wherein the display driver integrated circuit die is configured to control the first and second light-emitting diode pixels.
