1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable media comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause performance of operations, comprising:
displaying a chatbot configuration interface for mapping query attributes to at least one of a plurality of routines;
receiving a first set of one or more user inputs via the chatbot configuration interface, wherein the first set of one or more user inputs maps a first routine, of the plurality of routines, to at least a first query attribute;
storing a first mapping between the first routine and the first query attribute;
configuring, based on the first mapping, a database system to:
receive, from an endpoint of an application programming interface (API), input structured data objects comprising query request associated with the first query attribute,
access the first mapping based on the query requests being associated with the first query attribute,
select the first routine from the plurality of routines based on the first routine being mapped to the first query attribute by the first mapping, and
execute the first routine, wherein the first routine comprises:
execute a first query upon a first database,
receive information in response to the first query,
generate an output structured data object comprising the information returned from the first query, and
transmit the output structure data object to the endpoint of the API;
wherein the database system receives a first query request associated with the first query attribute, and
wherein, based on the first query request being associated with the first query attribute and the first routine being mapped to the first query attribute, the database system selects the first routine from the plurality of routines and executes the first routine.
