1. A voice coil motor, comprising:
a base;
a cover comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate extending from the upper plate;
a bobbin disposed in the cover;
a housing disposed between the cover and the bobbin;
an upper elastic member connecting the bobbin and the housing;
a coil disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the bobbin;
a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the cover and facing the coil; and
a lower elastic member connecting the bobbin and an upper surface of the base,
wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first lower elastic member and a second lower elastic member spaced apart from each other,
wherein each of the first lower elastic member and the second lower elastic member comprises an inner part coupled with a lower surface of the bobbin, an outer part coupled with the base, and a connection part connecting the inner part and the outer part,
wherein the bobbin comprises a support unit protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the bobbin and disposed at a bottom of the coil, and a cut-out unit in which at least a portion of the support unit is cut,
wherein one end of the coil passes through the cut-out unit of the bobbin and is electrically connected to the inner part of the first lower elastic member,
wherein an other end of the coil passes through the cut-out unit of the bobbin and is electrically connected to the inner part of the second lower elastic member,
wherein the housing comprises an upper part, a side part extending from the upper part of the housing in an optical axis direction, and a groove recessed in the optical axis direction in the side part of the housing,
wherein the upper surface of the base comprises a protrusion protruding from an area corresponding to the groove of the housing, and
wherein the groove of the housing is disposed closer to the lower elastic member than to the upper elastic member.
