1. One or more non-transitory, computer-readable media having instructions that, when executed, cause processing circuitry to:
receive, from a user equipment (UE) via non-access stratum (NAS) signaling, a UE state indication that includes an indication that the UE supports storage of ephemeris information or requests ephemeris information; and
generate, for transmission via NAS signaling, a manage UE policy command that includes meta-information related to ephemeris information, the meta-information to include a granularity associated with the ephemeris information.
