1. An apparatus, comprising:
a helix structure comprising:
at least one helical surface;
a plurality of orientation slots positioned around a perimeter of the helix structure, each of the orientation slots being adapted to receive an orientation key;
a component orientation slot positioned adjacent a bottom end of the at least one helical surface;
a threaded bottom recess;
a threaded adjustable nut that is adapted to be at least partially positioned in the bottom recess and threadingly coupled to the threaded bottom recess; and
at least one spring-loaded, outwardly-biased height setting key that is adapted to engage a groove formed in a wellhead when the helix structure is at a desired vertical location within the wellhead.
