1. A humanized antibody that specifically binds to human transferrin receptor (TfR), wherein the antibody comprises
in the heavy chain variable domain the hypervariable regions (HVRs) of SEQ ID NOs: 66, 68 and 71, and
in the light chain variable domain the HVRs of SEQ ID NOs: 75, 76 and 78.
