1. A compound of the following Formula I:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein:
A is selected from the group consisting of C, B, Si, Ge, and Sn;
each of X1 to X22 is each independently C or N;
Z1 and Z2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of B and N;
when A is B, one of X4, X5, X12, and X22 is N, and the remainder are C;
when A is C, at least one of Z1 and Z2 is B;
each of Y1, Y2, Y3, and Y4 is independently selected from the group consisting of O, S, Se, NR, CRR′, SiRR′, GeRR′, and SnRR′;
a, b, c, and d are each independently 0 or 1;
a+b=1 or 2;
c+d=1 or 2;
RA, RB, RC, RD, RE, and RF each independently represents mono to the maximum allowable substitution, or no substitution;
each R, R′, RA, RB, RC, RD, RE, and RF is independently a hydrogen or a substituent selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, boryl, germyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carboxylic acid, ether, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, selenyl, and combinations thereof;
any two adjacent R, R′, RA, RB, RC, RD, RE, and RF can be joined or fused to form a ring; and
subject to the following provisos
when Z1 and Z2 are each both N, at least one of the following is true:
i) A is B; or
ii) at least one of RA—RF is not hydrogen;
when A is C, a+b=1, and c+d=1; and
when A is B, at least one of the following is true:
iii) a+b=1 and c+d=1; or
iv) at least one of RA through RF is not hydrogen.
