1. A compound or a salt thereof having a formula:

wherein:
R1 and R2 are methyl;
R3 is H or methyl, or benzyl;
R4 is C1-C3 alkyl, benzyl, a carbocycle, a heterocycle, or a fused carbocycle and heterocycle, which carbocycle and heterocycle are saturated or unsaturated at one or more bonds, and R4 optionally is substituted at one or more positions with halo or carboxyl;
R4′ is H;
R5 has a formula

wherein R10 is methyl, phenylamino, amino, or benzyl, or R10 is a carbocycle, a heterocycle, which carbocycle and heterocycle are saturated or unsaturated at one or more bonds; or R10 has a formula

wherein R13 is H, R14 is H, R15 is a heterocycle; and
R6 and R7 together form phenyl fused to the 1.4-diazepine core;
with the proviso that if R3 is hydrogen, then (i) R10 is a carbocycle, which carbocycle is saturated or unsaturated at one or more bonds, or (ii) R4 is a heterocycle, which heterocycle is saturated or unsaturated at one or more bonds; and
with the proviso that if R3 is benzyl, then (i) R10 is methyl and R4 is C1-C3 alkyl or furanyl, or (ii) R10 is C4-C8 cycloalkyl and R4 is C1-C3 alkyl.
