1. A structural component comprising:
an inner wall;
an outer wall; and
a material disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall, wherein the material comprises
a boron-containing material; and
metal oxide nanoparticles,
wherein the material is prepared from a mixture of the boron-containing material and metal oxide nanoparticles in a liquid, the mixture comprises the boron-containing material at a percent by weight in a range from 45% to 60%, the metal oxide nanoparticles at a percent by weight in a range from 12% to 18%, and the liquid at a percent by weight in a range from 30% to 34%, and
wherein the material provides protection against heat, impact, and/or other stresses for the structural component.
