1. A pontoon boat comprising:
a first pontoon;
a second pontoon spaced from and parallel to the first pontoon;
a first cross member connected to the first pontoon at a first point of connection and to the second pontoon at a second point of connection;
a second cross member connected to the first pontoon at a third point of connection and to the second pontoon at a fourth point of connection; and
a first shock absorber disposed between the first cross member and the first pontoon at the first point of connection.
