1. A fiber composition comprising:
30% (wt.) to 75% (wt.) binder fiber, the binder fiber having a melting point in the range of 100° C. to 200° C., a denier value of 2-6 and a length in the range of 20.0 mm to 80.0 mm;
25% (wt.) to 70% (wt.) vehicular carpet waste regrind, the vehicular carpet waste regrind comprising one or more of a polyamide, a polyester, or polypropylene;
wherein said fiber composition has a thickness in the range of 3.0 mm to 100.0 mm and a density in the range of 20.0 Kg/m3 to 200.0 Kg/m3.
