15. An interface assembly that omits a forehead support, comprising:
a mask assembly comprising a mask frame and a seal configured to deliver a flow of breathing gas to a user; and
a headgear comprising:
an upper strap portion configured to extend along a cheek of the user, and
a lower strap portion on a first side of the headgear; wherein the upper strap portion and the lower strap portion are coupled to the mask frame by a single clip on the first side of the headgear; and
wherein the single clip comprises a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment comprising a latch, wherein the first segment is directly connected to the mask frame and the second segment is positioned between the first and third segment, and wherein the single clip is a break fit assembly that permits the headgear to move between a compacted configuration and an enlarged configuration, and
wherein in the compacted configuration, the first segment is positioned within the second segment, the second segment is positioned within the third segment, and the latch is engaged with the first segment.
