1. A self-invertible inverse latex of a crosslinked anionic polyelectrolyte (P) comprising, per 100 mol %:
(a1)—a proportion of greater than or equal to 25 mol % and less than or equal to 80 mol % of monomer units derived from 2-methyl-2-[(1-oxo-2-propenyl)amino]-1-propanesulfonic acid in free acid or partially or totally salified form;
(a2)—a proportion greater than or equal to 20 mol % and less than or equal to 75 mol % of monomer units derived from at least one monomer chosen from the elements of the group consisting of acrylamide, N,N-dimethyl acrylamide; methacrylamide or N-isopropylacrylamide;
(a3)—optionally a proportion of greater than 0 mol % and less than or equal to 10%, of monomer units derived from at least one monomer chosen from the elements of the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, 2-carboxyethylacrylic acid, itaconic acid, maleic acid, 3-methyl-3-[(1-oxo-2-propenyl)amino]butanoic acid, the carboxylic function of said monomers being in free acid or partially or totally salified form;
(a4)—a proportion of greater than 0 mol % and less than or equal to 1 mol % of monomer units derived from at least one diethylenic or polyethylenic crosslinking monomer (AR);
the sum of said molar proportions of a1), a2), a3) and a4) being equal to 100 mol %;
said self-invertible inverse latex in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion (ε) comprising, per 100% of its weight:
a)—from 10% by weight to 90% by weight of said crosslinked anionic polyelectrolyte (P);
b)—from 5% by weight to 50% by weight of a fatty phase constituted of at least one oil (0);
c)—from 1% by weight to 50% by weight of water;
d)—from 0.5% by weight to 10% by weight of a water-in-oil emulsifying system (S1); and
e)—from 2% by weight to 10% by weight of an oil-in-water emulsifying system (S2);
the sum of the weight proportions of a), b), c), d) and e) being equal to 100% by weight;
wherein said oil-in-water emulsifying system (S2) comprises, per 100% of its weight:
f)—a proportion of greater than or equal to 50% by weight and less than or equal to 100% of a composition (Ce) which comprises, per 100% of its weight:
e1)—from 5% by weight to 15% by weight of at least one compound of formula (I):
HO—[CH2—CH(OH)—CH2—O]n—H (I)
wherein n represents an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 15;
e2)—from 60% by weight to 80% by weight of at least one compound of formula (II):
R1—(C═O)—[O—CH2—CH(OH)—CH2]p—OH (II),
wherein p, which is different than or identical to n, represents an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 15; and in which the group R1—(C═O)— represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic radical including from 6 to 22 carbon atoms; and
es)—from 5% by weight to 15% by weight of at least one composition (C11) represented by the formula (III):
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q-(G)r-H (III),
wherein q, which is different than or identical to n, represents an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 3, G represents a reducing sugar residue and r represents a decimal number greater than or equal to 1.05 and less than or equal to 5.00;
said composition (C11) consisting of a mixture of the compounds of formulae (III1), (III2), (III3), (III4) and (III5):
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q—O-(G)-H (III1),
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q—O-(G)2-H (III2),
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q—O-(G)3-H (III3),
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q—O-(G)4-H (III4),
HO—[CH2—CHOH—CH2—O—]q—O-(G)5-H (III5),
in molar proportions of said compounds of formulae (III1), (III2), (III3), (III4) and (III5) respectively equal to a1, a2, as, a4 and a5, such that the sum (a1+a2+a3+a4+a5) is equal to 1, and such that the sum (a1+2a2+3a3+4a4+5a5) is equal to r;
the sum of the weight proportions of e1), e2) and e3) being equal to 100% by weight.
