1. A fluid collection apparatus comprising:
a urine tube for receiving urine from a user;
a disc including a fluid aperture and a valve aperture;
a one way valve mounted in the valve aperture and configured to allow air to flow through the valve into the urine tube and prevents fluid from flowing outward; and
a discharge tube having a distal end couplable to a vacuum source and a proximal end, the proximal end of the discharge tube coupled to the fluid aperture.
