1. A method for data transmission, comprising:
receiving, by a terminal device, first control information sent by a network device; and
determining, by the terminal device, transmission time of sidelink data according to first indication information carried in the first control information;
wherein the first indication information is used for indicating an offset value of a sidelink slot relative to a downlink slot in which the first control information is received, and determining, by the terminal device, the transmission time of the sidelink data according to the first indication information carried in the first control information comprises:
determining, by the terminal device, the transmission time of the sidelink data according to the downlink slot and the offset value;
wherein the offset value is a quantity of sidelink slots.
