1. A method for web conference asset management, the method comprising:
responsive to receiving, into a first field of memory of a content management system hosted at a first platform, web conferencing materials from a web conferencing facility hosted at a second platform different from the first platform, determining an action to perform on at least one of the web conferencing materials by:
gathering content management system metadata that comprises at least user profile information of at least one web conference participant;
generating a correlation between the first field in the memory with a second field in the memory based at least in part upon an analysis that retrieves an input from the first field and the second field, the second field storing information from the content management system metadata;
reconciling, at the first platform, a difference between the first and the second platforms at least by performing a transform between the first platform and the second platform, the transform comprising altering an object hierarchy in the first platform for at least some of the web conferencing materials; and
determining, by a classification model, the action from one or more candidate actions to carry out over the web conferencing materials based at least in part on the transform.
