1. A network node for wireless communication, comprising:
a memory; and
one or more processors, coupled to the memory, configured to:
communicate, using a first set of active antenna elements of an antenna array, during a first time period;
activate a second set of active antenna elements of the antenna array based on a dynamic antenna set switching scheme, wherein the second set of active antenna elements includes at least one active antenna element not included in the first set, wherein a difference between a first main lobe property of a first set of main lobe properties corresponding to the first set of active antenna elements and a second main lobe property of a second set of main lobe properties corresponding to the second set of active antenna elements satisfies a main lobe threshold, and wherein a difference between a first side lobe property of a first set of side lobe properties corresponding to the first set of active antenna elements and a second side lobe property of a second set of side lobe properties corresponding to the second set of active antenna elements satisfies a side lobe threshold; and
communicate, using the second set of active antenna elements, during a second time period.
