1. A device for driving a display panel, the device comprising:
a data driver which provides data voltages to the display panel; and
a scan driver which provides a scan signal to the display panel,
wherein at least one of a level shifter array and an output buffer array is shared by the data driver and the scan driver,
wherein
the data driver and the scan driver are implemented with a data-scan integration chip which outputs the data voltages and the scan signal,
the data-scan integration chip includes a first shift register, a latch array and a digital-to-analog converter array for the data driver,
the data-scan integration chip further includes a second shift register for the scan driver, and
the data-scan integration chip further includes at least one of the shared level shifter array and the shared output buffer array which is shared by the data driver and the scan driver.
