1. A system that improves a connectivity of home devices comprising:
an interconnected smart home device that sends and receives data to another interconnected smart home device through a network;
the interconnected smart home device fuses a user identifier and a device identifier of the interconnected smart home device to the data after the interconnected smart home device measures a home's condition and before the interconnected smart home device communicates with another interconnected home device;
the interconnected smart home device dynamically routes the data to an operational interconnected smart home device when another interconnected smart home device fails;
a digital filter that selectively passes filtered data by removing data records that have missing data fields, incomplete data, and corrupt data; and
a sampler that automatically divides the filtered data into sample groups associated with the user identifier and device identifier and stores the sample groups in a memory.
