1. An apparatus for advancing a lens in an implant delivery system, the apparatus comprising:
a housing comprising a plunger interface, a drive interface, and a bypass channel disposed between the plunger interface and the drive interface;
a plunger disposed within the housing, the plunger having a first end adjacent to the plunger interface, a second end, and a bore between the first end and the second end;
a plunger seal disposed within the housing and coupled to the second end of the plunger;
a drive seal disposed within the housing between the plunger seal and t drive interface; and
a fluid chamber defined within the housing between the plunger seal and the drive seal;
wherein the plunger, the plunger seal, and the drive seal are movable within the housing between a first position in which the plunger seal fluidly isolates the bore from the fluid chamber and a second position in which the bypass channel fluidly couples the bore to the fluid chamber around the plunger seal.
