1. A compound, comprising:
a partial structure of formula (3-1A), a partial structure of formula (32h), and a partial structure of formula (3-11B) in one molecule,

wherein, in the formula (3-1A):
R301 to R306 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent, or at least one pair of a pair of adjacent R301 and R302, a pair of adjacent R302 and R303, a pair of adjacent R303 and R304, a pair of adjacent R304 and R305, a pair of adjacent R305 and R306, and a pair of adjacent R306 and R301 are mutually bonded to form a ring, or R301 to R306 are each independently a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
at least one of R301 to R306 is a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound, and
one of R301 to R306 is a single bond bonded to the partial structure of formula (32h),
wherein, in the formula (32h):
X30 is a nitrogen atom bonded to the partial structure of formula (3-1A),
Y41 to Y48 are each independently CR32, or a carbon atom bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
at least one of Y41 to Y48 is a carbon atom bonded to the partial structure of formula (3-11B),
R32 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent, or at least one pair of pairs of adjacent ones of R32 are mutually bonded to form a ring, or R32 are each independently a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
at least one of R32 is a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
in the formula (3-11B):
R300 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent, or at least one pair of pairs of adjacent ones of R300 are mutually bonded to form a ring, or R300 are each independently a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
at least one of R300 or R314 is a single bond bonded to another atom or another structure in the molecule of the compound,
R314 is a single bond bonded to the partial structure of formula (32h), and
a plurality of R300 are mutually the same or different,
in the formulae (3-1A), (32h), and (3-11B):
