1. A wireless communication device for communicating with a macro base station operating at a first frequency and a high frequency node operating at a second frequency, higher than the first frequency, via a plurality of component carriers, the wireless communication device comprising:
a receiving circuit configured to receive a downlink signal transmitted by the high frequency node and the macro base station;
a transmitting circuit configured to transmit uplink signals to the high frequency node and the macro base station;
wherein the wireless communication device communicates with the macro base station through an uplink primary component carrier and a downlink primary component carrier that are associated with each other and only transmits a first uplink signal of the uplink signals on the uplink primary component carrier of the macro base station by default, the first uplink signal including a PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) signal,
wherein the wireless communication device further comprises:
a control circuit configured to control termination of transmitting the first uplink signal only on the uplink primary component carrier of the macro base station and performing the transmission of the first uplink signal on other component carriers at different frequencies,
wherein the receiving circuit is further configured to receive a RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer signaling from the macro base station, so as to know to restore the original association between the uplink primary component carrier and the downlink primary component carrier of the macro base station.
