1. A method of wireless communication performed by a network entity, comprising:
receiving an uplink packet comprising broadcast or multicast Ethernet data from a first user equipment, the uplink packet being associated with a first protocol data unit session of the first user equipment with a data network; and
transmitting a downlink packet based on the uplink packet to a group of user equipments including one or more second user equipments, each of the one or more second user equipments having a respective protocol data unit session with the data network.
