1. A method of wireless communication performed by a network entity, comprising:
sending, to a user equipment (UE), a downlink reference signal (DL RS) configuration for one or more DL RS resources transmitted by at least one transmission reception point (TRP) in a frame; and
receiving a measurement report from the UE, wherein the measurement report includes:
one or more UE receive-to-transmit (Rx-Tx) time difference measurements, each of the one or more UE Rx-Tx time difference measurements representing a time difference between a reception time at the UE during the frame of the one or more DL RS resources and an uplink transmit timing for the UE during the frame, and
a timestamp for each of the one or more UE Rx-Tx time difference measurements, wherein each timestamp is a system frame number (SFN), a subframe identifier (ID), a slot ID, or any combination thereof.
