1. A validation service node in a blockchain network, the validation service node comprising:
a processor that, when executing one or more instructions stored in an associated memory, is configured to:
detect an access of a particular block stored in a blockchain ledger;
access a block validation stamp stored in the blockchain ledger, the block validation stamp comprising:
meta-data signed by a trusted stamping authority (TSA);
a network identification (ID) identifying the blockchain network, wherein the network ID corresponds to a date that the blockchain network registered with the TSA;
a stamp sequence number associated with, and corresponding to,
the network ID; and
a block hash received by the TSA from a node of the blockchain network when the particular block was generated; and
validate the block based on a match of a hash of the block with the block hash in the block validation stamp, on the block containing the network ID and the stamp sequence number, and on the network ID corresponding to the blockchain network being registered with the TSA on a certain date.
