1. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
determining a set of parameters for generating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) codebook, wherein a plurality of downlink control information (DCI) formats are associated with the HARQ-ACK codebook, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is associated with a particular priority of a plurality of priorities, and wherein the set of parameters is associated with a first set of parameters when a DCI format the UE is monitoring for is a first type and the particular priority is a low priority, or the set of parameters is associated with a second set of parameters when the DCI format is a second type and the particular priority is the low priority;
generating the HARQ-ACK codebook based at least in part on the set of parameters and the particular priority; and
transmitting HARQ-ACK information according to the generated HARQ-ACK codebook.
