1. A MIMO antenna system, comprising:
a substrate having a first longitudinal half, a second longitudinal half, and a middle portion disposed between the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half, the substrate further comprising a first side and a second side opposite the first side, the middle portion comprising a plurality of apertures;
a first antenna radiator disposed on the first side of the substrate at the first longitudinal half,
the first antenna radiator vertically extending from a first proximal end to a first distal end, the first proximal end comprising a first apex disposed at the middle portion, the first apex having a first feed pad;
a second antenna radiator disposed on the first side of the substrate at the second longitudinal half,
the second antenna radiator vertically extending from a second proximal end to a second distal end, the second proximal end comprising a second apex disposed at the middle portion, the second apex having a second feed pad;
a third antenna radiator disposed on the first side of the substrate at the first longitudinal half, the third antenna radiator having a third feed pad disposed at the middle portion;
a fourth antenna radiator disposed on the first side of the substrate at the second longitudinal half, the fourth antenna radiator having a fourth feed pad disposed at the middle portion; and
a ground plane configured to couple to the second side of the substrate,
the ground plane comprising a plurality of tabs configured to extend through the plurality of apertures, at least one of the plurality of tabs configured to electrically couple to each of the first through fourth antenna radiators;
characterized in that:
the first apex and the second apex are separated by a horizontal offset, and
the second antenna radiator is a mirror opposite of the first antenna radiator.
