1. A lens array comprising
a first lens element comprising a first lens and a first feed element, wherein the first lens element is arranged on a first plane;
a second lens element comprising a second lens and a second feed element; and
a third lens element arranged along the first plane;
wherein the second lens element is arranged on a second plane parallel to the first plane, and wherein at least one of (1) the second plane is offset from the first plane by a first distance or (2) the second lens element is offset from the first lens element by the first distance.
